伴随着我国交通运输事业的高速发展,港口航运方面也取得了突出成就。港口项目属于大规模的基建工程,若是质量存在缺陷则会影响到工程整体结构的安全性。虽然近年来对港口工程建设质量给予了较大关注,但在管理与施工技术方面却依然存在质量问题,因此,必须要综合原材料、管理、工艺技术和实际施工环节等内容,对工程建设活动实施全面的规划控制,创建完善的质量通病管理模范体系,通过实现对施工流程的规范化管理,使其质量通病获得有效解决。

With the rapid development of my China’s transportation industry, outstanding achievements have been made in port shipping.Port projects are large-scale infrastructure projects. If there are defects in quality, it will affect the safety of the overall structure of the project. Although more attention has been paid to the quality of port engineering construction in recent years, there are still quality problems in management and construction technology. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate raw materials, management, process technology and actual construction links to implement engineering construction activities. Comprehensive planning and control, creating a complete model system for management of common problems in quality, and realizing standardized management of the construction process, so that common problems in quality can be effectively resolved.
