电力领域存在有很多传统的电力线路工程,由于此类工程的建成投入使用年限长,在长期使用中不仅存在着老化、破损等问题,甚至其电力线路安全性、可靠性都无法与当下的电力工程标准相一致,因此,对这些电力线路的改造尤为重要。基于此,论文重点分析了电力线路改造工程中的成本和进度管理策略,对提升电力线路改造工程的经济和社会效益有着一定的指导价值。

There are a lot of traditional power line projects in the power field, due to the long service life of such projects, there are not only problems such as aging and damage in long-term use, even the safety and reliability of its power lines are not consistent with the current power engineering standards, therefore, the transformation of these power lines is particularly important. Based on this, the paper focuses on the analysis of the cost and schedule management strategies in the power line renovation project, which has a certain guiding value to improve the economic and social benefits of the power line renovation project.
