摘要
猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, PEDV)是引起猪流行性腹泻(porcine epidemic diarrhea, PED)的病原体,给全世界养猪业造成了重大经济损失。PEDV共编码4个结构蛋白(S蛋白、M蛋白、N蛋白和E蛋白)、16个非结构蛋白(nsp1-16)和一个辅助性蛋白ORF3。这些蛋白质在病毒结构、感染宿主、复制和组装过程中发挥着重要功能,同时在逃逸宿主天然免疫方面起到重要作用。目前,对PEDV蛋白功能的研究主要集中在少数蛋白上,如S、M、ORF3和nsp1等。本文拟对PEDV的结构蛋白及非结构蛋白的研究进展作一综述,以期为PED的防治及PEDV的感染和致病机制研究提供一定的理论借鉴。
Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) causes acute diarrhea, dehydration and high mortality in neonatal pig and leading to huge economic losses all over the world. PEDV encodes four structural proteins,16 non-structural proteins and the accessory protein ORF3. These proteins play important roles in the process of virus structure, virus replication and virion assembly. These proteins of PEDV also play critical roles in escaping the host’s natural immunity. At present, most of the researches of PEDV protein functions are mainly focused on S, M, ORF3 and nsp1. This review summerizes the protein functions of PEDV and provides some new strategies for the prevention and treatment of PED, also provide some suggestions for the development of new drugs and vaccines against PEDV.
