摘要
环GMP-AMP合成酶(cyclic GMP-AMP synthase, cGAS)是一种新发现的DNA感受器。近年来,越来越多的研究表明它介导的干扰素基因刺激因子(stimulator of interferon genes, cGAS-STING)信号通路参与了多种疾病的发生与发展。深入了解cGAS-STING信号通路在疾病中的作用及机制将有助于认识和治疗相关疾病。本文就cGAS-STING信号通路的激活过程及其在感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病和呼吸系统疾病中的相关作用与机制展开综述,为上述疾病的预防与治疗提供新思路。
Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(cGAS) is a newly discovered DNA sensor. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that stimulator of interferon genes(cGAS-STING) signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. An in-depth understanding of roles and mechanisms of cGAS-STING signaling pathway in diseases will be helpful to study and treat related diseases. This paper reviews the activation process of cGAS-STING signaling pathway and its roles and mechanisms in infectious diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and respiratory diseases, aiming to provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of above diseases.
