摘要 非洲猪瘟(African swine fever, ASF)是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus, ASFV)感染家猪和各种野猪(如非洲野猪、欧洲野猪等)引起的严重急性、出血性、烈性传染病,病死率可达100%。2018年我国发生首例非洲猪瘟疫情,并迅速蔓延,给我国生猪产业造成数百亿元的经济损失,至今依然严重影响着我国农业发展和食品安全。非洲猪瘟病毒是一种核质双链DNA大病毒,在其基因组编码的约200种蛋白质中,有一种由EP402R基因编码的糖蛋白CD2v在ASFV病毒入侵宿主和传播扩散中发挥重要作用。本文对近年来非洲猪瘟病毒及其衣壳CD2v蛋白的研究现状作一综述。 African swine fever(ASF) is a severe acute, hemorrhagic, and virulent infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV) which infects domestic pigs and various wild boar(such as African and European), with a mortality rate of up to 100%. In 2018, the first ASF epidemic occurred in China and spread rapidly, causing tens of billions of economic losses to the pig industry. Up to now, it still seriously affects and threatens China’s agricultural development and food safety. African swine fever virus is a large nuclear double-stranded DNA virus. Recent studies have found that a glycoprotein, CD2v, which encoded by the EP402R gene plays an essential role in the invasion and spread of ASFV, among the approximately 200 proteins encoded by the genome. This review discusses the recent research progress of ASFV and its capsid protein CD2v.
