摘要
玉米秸秆生物炭是以玉米秸秆为原料,在一定条件下受热分解所生成的固态产物。由于玉米秸秆生物炭性能稳定,具有较大的比表面积和疏松的孔隙结构,可提升土壤中可溶性有机碳水平,通常在化肥中添加。另外,其具有稳定的化学结构,又可以替代一些化石燃料,在吸附重金属方面的应用潜力较大。本文通过论述玉米秸秆生物炭的实际使用方向及相关产业发展,归纳出它在碳基肥料、新型能源、环保吸附剂、化学生产催化剂等方面的应用。另针对玉米秸秆生物炭原料收集困难、加工标准体系不明确等问题做了阐述,建议尽快制定生物炭质量评价标准体系,为加快推进玉米秸秆生物炭产业化应用提供技术支撑。通过加深对玉米秸秆生物炭作用机理的研究,加大玉米秸秆生物炭的推广,促进玉米秸秆生物炭的有效利用,创造更多的经济价值和社会价值。
Corn stalk biochar is a solid product produced by thermal decomposition of corn stalks under certain conditions.Because corn stalk biochar has stable performance,large specific surface area and loose pore structure,it can increase the level of soluble organic carbon in the soil and be added in chemical fertilizers.It can replace some fossil fuels for its stable chemical structure,and shows great potential in absorption of heavy metals.This article mainly discusses the actual use of corn stalk biochar and introduces the development of related industries.It summarizes and proposes different application directions such as carbon-based fertilizers,new energy sources,environmentally friendly adsorbents,and chemical production catalysts.Regarding the raw material collection problems of corn biochar in practice,the unclear processing standard system,etc.,it is recommended to establish a biochar quality evaluation standard system as soon as possible to provide technical support for accelerating the industrialization of corn stalk biochar,and to deepen the treatment of corn stalks.The research on the mechanism of biochar and increasing the promotion of corn stalk biochar can promote the effective use of corn stalk biochar and create more economic and social value.
