Research on the Application-oriented Talents Training Mode in International Business Major from the Perspective of New Business Form

近年来,随着我国经济进入新常态发展,产业结构与运作模式出现了跨界、跨系统集成的趋势,产业价值链不断调整,国际商务活动更加复杂多变,对应用型、复合型的国际商务人才需求也逐渐加大,导致国际商务人才供求之间出现了明显的结构性需求矛盾。因此,在新业态背景的影响下,根据新形势发展的需要,改革原有人才培养模式,探索适合社会发展的国际商务人才就显得格外重要。

In recent years,international business activities become more complex and changeable with the development of Chinese economy developing into the new normal stage.And thus industrial structure and operation mode tend to be cross-system integration and industrial value chain has been adjusted continuously.So the demand for applied and compound international business talents is gradually increasing,leading to obvious structural demand contradiction between supply and demand of international business talents.Therefore,under the influence of new business forms,according to the needs of the new situation,it is particularly important to reform the original talent training mode and explore the international business talents suitable for social development.
