New Situation and Task of Rural Social Governance——On the theory of social organism based on Marxism

乡村振兴战略实现的基础是乡村治理有效。党的十九大以来,乡村社会治理面临着乡村振兴的新机遇、百年未有之大变局的新环境、治理现代化的新目标。要实现乡村治理现代化的总目标,必须以马克思主义社会有机体理论为指导,在乡村社会治理实践中坚持群众路线,激发乡村社会治理内生动力;坚持全局系统的治理观,形成乡村社会治理的整体合力;创新思维方式,寻找乡村社会治理的新动能。

Rural revitalization strategy is based on effective rural governance.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,rural social governance is facing new opportunities of rural revitalization,new environment of great changes not seen in a century,and new goals of governance modernization.To achieve the overall goal of rural governance modernization,we must take the Marxist social organism theory as the guidance,adhere to the mass line in the practice of rural social governance,stimulate the endogenous power of rural social governance,adhere to the governance concept of overall system,form the overall force of rural social governance,and innovate the ways of thinking to find the new kinetic energy of rural social governance.
