透明质酸钠注射填充改善鼻唇沟效果分析

Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Filling on Nasolabial Sulcus

目的:探讨透明质酸钠注射填充改善鼻唇沟的有效性和安全性。方法:2014年-2019年,于中国医学科学院皮肤病医院整形美容外科选取80例就医者进行分析。术前,对就医者鼻唇沟凹陷分度进行评估,其中1度11例,2度22例,3度19例,4度23例,5度5例,就医者随访至6~12个月。通过锥筒注射方式填充中面部,使其容量补充,从而使鼻唇沟界沟外上侧组织得到提拉;同样通过锥筒注射方式填充鼻基底;通过蕨叶桥接方式将透明质酸钠注射到鼻唇沟真皮深层的凹陷部位。结果:80例就医者注射量为0.5~2毫升/侧,平均每侧1.2ml。患者术前评估的鼻唇沟凹陷程度为基线水平,术后就医者鼻唇沟改善程度:1个月后4度2例(2.50%),3度35例(43.75%),2度29例(36.25%),1度14例(17.50%);6个月后3度30例(37.50%),2度28例(35.00%),1度18例(22.50%),0度4例(5.00%);术后12个月3例就医者由于个人原因失访,3度23例(29.87%),2度24例(31.17%),1度21例(27.27%),0度9例(11.69%)。结论:本次注射方法安全、可靠、维持时间长,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of sodium hyaluronate injection filling to improve the nasolabial fold.Methods From 2014 to 2019,80 patients in the Department of Plastic Surgery,Dermatology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were selected for analysis.Before surgery,evaluate the nasolabial depression of the patient.Among them,there were 11 cases of degree 1,22 cases of degree 2,19 cases of degree 3,23 cases of degree 4,and 5 cases of degree 5.The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,of which 3 cases were lost due to their own personal reasons.Fill the mid-face with cone injection to replenish its capacity,so that the upper side of the nasolabial sulcus can be lifted,the nasal base is also filled with cone injection,sodium hyaluronate is injected through fern leaf bridge to the deep depression of the dermis of the nasolabial fold.Results The injection volume of 80 patients was 0.5-2ml/side,with an average of 1.2ml per side.The degree of nasolabial fold depression assessed by the patient before the operation was the baseline level,and the degree of improvement of the nasolabial fold of the patients after the operation:1 month after operation,2 cases(2.50%)of degree 4,35 cases(43.75%)of degree 3,29 cases(36.25%)and degree 2,14 cases(17.50%)of degree 1.6 months after operation,30 cases(37.50%)of degree 3,28 cases(35.00%)of degree 2,18 cases(22.50%)of degree 1,4 cases(5.00%)of degree 0.12 months after operation,23 cases(29.87%)of degree 3,24 cases(31.17%)of degree 2,21 cases(27.27%)of degree 1 and 9 cases(11.69%)of degree 0.Three patients were lost to follow-up.Conclusion This injection method is safe,reliable and long-lasting,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
