纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗烧伤创面疗效观察 被引量:6

Therapeutic Effect of Nano Silver Dressing Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel on Burn Wounds

摘要 目的:观察纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年5月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的180例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,随机分为联合组、凝胶组和敷料组,每组各60例。凝胶组给予重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,敷料组给予纳米银敷料治疗,联合组给予重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银敷料干预治疗。记录并对比三组患者的不同时间愈合情况、细菌检出率、视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、创面愈合时间及完全溶痂时间。结果:治疗2、4周后,联合组创面愈合情况均优于凝胶组和敷料组,联合组患者细菌检出率低于凝胶组和敷料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组创面愈合时间及完全溶痂时间均少于凝胶组和敷料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组VAS疼痛评分明显低于凝胶组和敷料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纳米银敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面疗效佳,愈合时间快。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nano silver dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of deep second degree burn.Methods 180 patients with deep second degree burns treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected,which were randomly divided into the combined group,the gel group and the dressing group,60 patients in each group.The gel group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel,the dressing group was treated with nano silver dressing,and the combined group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with nano silver dressing.The healing degree,bacterial detection rate,Visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score,wound healing time and complete scabbing time of the three groups were recorded and compared.Results After 2 and 4 weeks treatment,the wound healing rate in the combined group was better than those in the gel group and the dressing group,the bacterial detection rate in the combined group was lower than that in the gel group and the dressing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and complete eschar time in the combined group were less than those in the gel group and the dressing group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the gel group and the dressing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nano silver dressing in combination with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of deep second degree burns curative effect,fast healing time.
