皮肤针叩刺联合苍肤止痒酊治疗神经性皮炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Skin Acupuncture Combined with Cangfu Antipruritic Tincture in Neurodermatitis

目的:探究皮肤针叩刺联合苍肤止痒酊治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。方法:选取笔者医院2018年1月-2019年9月收治的165例神经性皮炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为三组,每组55例。对照1组给予常规西医治疗,对照2组在常规西医治疗基础上给予皮肤针叩刺,观察组给予皮肤针叩刺联合苍肤止痒酊。治疗4周为1个疗程,比较三组治疗前后血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)]、瘙痒介质[β-内啡肽(β-EP)、P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)]、疼痛(VAS)评分、皮肤病生活质量(DIQL)量表评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗4周后,总有效率观察组高于对照1组和对照2组,对照2组高于对照1组(P<0.05);三组VAS、DIQL评分以及血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、β-EP、SP、5-HT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照1组与对照2组,对照2组低于对照1组(P<0.05);三组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤针叩刺联合苍肤止痒酊治疗神经性皮炎,可明显降低血清炎性因子、β-EP、SP、5-HT水平,缓解疼痛程度,提高治疗效果及患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of skin acupuncture combined with Cangfu antipruritic tincture in neurodermatitis.Methods A total of 165 patients with neurodermatitis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into three groups according to the random number table method,55 cases each.The control group 1 was given conventional western medicine treatment,the control group 2 was given skin acupuncture on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given skin acupuncture combined with Cangfu antipruritic tincture.Treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,comparing the serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6)],pruritus mediators[β-endorphin(β-EP),substance P(SP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)],pain(VAS)score,dermatological quality of life(DIQL)scale score before and after treatment and adverse reactions in the three groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment:the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the control group 2 was higher than the control group 1(P<0.05).The low VAS,DIQL scores and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8,IL-6,β-EP,SP and 5-HT in the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the control group 2 was lower than the control group 1(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of neurodermatitis with skin acupuncture combined with Cangfu antipruritic tincture can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,β-EP,SP,5-HT and improve the symptoms of skin lesions,relieve the degree of pain,improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
