建设智慧电厂的典型技术路线与应用效果分析

摘要 国电电力邯郸东郊热电项目在设计筹建之初已明确建设智慧化电厂的目标,因此对传统的设计理念做了多方面的优化提升,经过精细化的建设过程管控,取得了多项优质应用成果。通过展示该火电项目在智慧化建设过程中的五项成果,即智慧燃料系统、全厂现场总线系统、三维模拟电缆敷设、辅助车间一体化管控以及永磁电机变频调速,同时分析总结相关成果在投入运营后展现出的应用效果,为其他同类型火电项目的智慧化建设道路提供一定的参考。 At the beginning of the design and preparation,Guodian Electric Handan East suburb thermal power project has clearly defined the goal of building a smart power plant,so the traditional design concept has been optimized and improved in many aspects,and a number of high quality application results have been achieved through fine construction process control.By showing the five in the course of the construction of thermal power project in wisdom,the wisdom of fuel system,the fieldbus system,three-dimensional simulation of cable laying,auxiliary workshop integrated control and permanent magnet motor frequency control of motor speed,at the same time analysis summary relevant results show that the application of effect after put into operation in,for the wisdom of other similar thermal power project construction to provide certain reference.
