一起500 kV主变油位异常故障分析

摘要 变压器是变电站的核心设备,一旦发生故障就会直接影响电网的稳定运行和供电的可靠性。某变电站运维人员在对变压器进行红外测温时,发现变压器油枕油位异常。针对该故障进行了油枕油位、油温、气体管路、充油管路、气体继电器、压力释放阀外观检查以及油色谱分析,综合分析导致冒油故障的具体原因,得出结论并给出了合理化的建议。 Transformer is the core equipment of substation,and the failure of transformer will directly affect the stable operation of power grid and the reliability of power supply.When the transformer is measured by the operation and maintenance personnel in a substation,the oil level of transformer oil pillow is abnormal.The oil level,oil temperature,gas pipeline,filling line,gas relay,pressure release valve appearance inspection and oil color spectrum analysis were carried out for the fault.The paper analyzes the specific causes of oil failure,draws conclusions and gives reasonable suggestions.
