概述了聚氨酯材料的合成材料和方法。从软硬链段的结构和比例,分析了聚氨酯材料结构对性能的影响。从抛光行业的角度总结了聚氨酯材料的改性研究,列举了聚氨酯材料的耐热改性和力学改性的几种方法,包括化学改性和物理改性。概述了聚氨酯材料在抛磨行业的相关应用,并列出相关的聚氨酯抛光产品及相应的制备方法。
The synthetic materials and methods of polyurethane materials were summarized,the effect of polyurethane material structure on performance was analyzed,the impact on material performance from the structure and proportion of the soft and hard segments of polyurethane was mainly analyzed.The research on the modification of polyurethane materials was summarized from the perspective of the polishing industry,several methods of temperature resistance modification and mechanical modification of polyurethane materials were listed,including chemical modification and physical modification.The related applications of polyurethane materials in the polishing industry were summarized,and related polyurethane polishing products and corresponding preparation methods were listed.
