杠板归多糖提取工艺优化及其体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用超声法提取杠板归多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法在490 nm处测定多糖含量,通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。以维生素C作为对照组,考察杠板归多糖对DPPH和ABTS+的清除作用。杠板归多糖的提取工艺条件:温度为100℃,时间为50 min,超声功率为70 W,料液比为1:15 g/mL,此条件下多糖含量为39.84 mg/g。杠板归多糖对DPPH和ABTS+的清除能力较强,IC 50值分别为46.39、61.12μg/mL。超声法提取的最佳工艺科学稳定,杠板归多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性。 Ultrasonic method was used to extract the polysaccharides from Polygonumperfoliatum L.,and the extraction technology was optimizedby orthogonal test.The content of polysaccharides was determined at 490 nm by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Taking V C as the contrast,the scavenging activity of DPPH and ABTS+was investigated.The optimum extraction method of polysaccharides from Polygonumperfoliatum L.was as follows:extraction temperature was 100℃,extraction time was 50 min,ultrasonic power was 70 W,material-liquid ratio was 15 g/mL,and the polysaccharides content was up to 39.84 mg/g.Polygonumperfoliatum L.polysaccharides had a strong ability to scavenge DPPH and ABTS+,with IC 50 values of 46.39 and 61.12μg/mL,respectively.The optimum technology of ultrasonic extraction is scientifically stable,and the polysaccharides have a good antioxidant activity.
