摘要
加氢裂化仿真技术是以计算机软件为基础,对石油化工生产过程中的操作单元以动态数学模型的形式进行模拟[1-2],从而实现学生在电脑上对化工生产过程进行操作与实验的目的,能够弥补因教学手段和实验条件限制等带来的不便,与生产实际紧密结合,对培养高技能、复合型人才发挥着关键的作用。本文综述了加氢裂化仿真技术的优点以及在培训过程中遇到的实际问题,并对加氢裂化技术的发展进行了总结与展望[3]。
The hydrocracking simulation technology is based on computer software,and simulates the operating units in the petrochemical production process in the form of dynamic mathematical models,so as to realize students operations and experiments on the chemical production process on the computer The purpose is to make up for the inconvenience caused by the limitations of teaching methods and experimental conditions,closely integrate with the actual production,and play a key role in cultivating high-skilled and compound talents.The advantages of hydrocracking simulation technology and the actual problems encountered during the training process were reviewed,and the development of hydrocracking technology was summarized and prospected.
