检验专业学生顶岗操作安全教育和管理初探

摘要 通过调查法与文献研究法对学生在顶岗实习过程中存在的诸多安全隐患因素进行分析,找出在顶岗实习过程中所存在的显著性安全因素。采取专业基础课程紧抓不放松,专业课紧跟行业需求不掉队,人文素养公共基础课程面向学习阶段全过程,注重学生安全意识的培养、安全知识的掌握以及良好实验习惯的养成等措施可规避食品检验类实习生在顶岗实习期间的安全隐患和风险,确保学生顶岗实习安全顺利进行。 Many potential safety factors were analyzed by investigation and literature research in order to find out the significant safety factors in the process of internship.To avoid the potential safety hazards and risks of food inspection interns during the internship was taken by the following measures that the professional basic courses should not be relaxed,the professional courses should keep up with the needs of the industry,and the humanistic quality public basic courses should be oriented to the whole process of the learning stage,and the cultivation of students safety awarenessshould be paid attention to,in order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of students internship.
