摘要
近年来,随着国家城镇化建设的不断推进,城市更新的速度日新月异,新城区的建筑密度也越来越大,许多拟建建筑物周边老旧砌体结构房屋林立,城市管网纵横交错,这给新建工程基坑开挖带来了一定的难度。新建建筑物基坑开挖对邻近建筑物,特别是对未经过勘察设计的浅埋基础民房会有不同程度的影响,甚至会导致既有建筑产生严重的损伤,且又影响其结构的安全使用,给人民生命财产带来很大隐患。论文通过对西北地区某民房结构进行详细调查、检测及对出现的安全隐患进行鉴定并分析了相邻某基坑开挖后,长时间暴露在大气环境中,未及时进行支护对该民房的影响,供类似工程参考。
In recent years,with the continuous advancement of national urbanization construction and the rapid urban renewal,the building density in new urban areas is also increasing.Many proposed buildings are surrounded by numerous old masonry structures and the urban pipe network is crisscrossing,which brings some difficulties to the excavation of foundation pits in new projects.Excavation of foundation pit of new buildings will have different degrees of influence on adjacent buildings,especially shallow buried foundation houses without investigation and design,and even lead to serious damage to existing buildings,and affect the safe use of their structures,bringing great hidden dangers to people’s lives and property.Through the detailed investigation and detection of the structure of a civil house in Northwest China and the identification of the safety hidden danger,this paper analyzes the influence of the adjacent foundation pit exposed to atmospheric environment for a long time without timely support on the civil house,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
