摘要
介绍了作为试验室内部质量控制重要手段的统计技术中过程控制的工具-控制图和 A、B、C 精度管理,给出了试验室的两个实例并介绍具体应用,指出建设工程检测领域的检测项目繁多,因此尽快开展试验室内部应用统计技术对测量系统进行过程控制的工作,对提升试验室内部质量控制水平,更好地服务于建筑行业具有实际意义,可考虑首先在钢筋、水泥方面开展相关工作。
Introduced the process control tools in statistical technology as an important means of internal quality control in the laboratory-control diagrams and precision management of A,B,C,gave two examples of the laboratory,introduced specific applications,and pointed out the field of construction engineering inspection There are many inspection items.Therefore,the application of statistical technology to the process control of the measurement system in the laboratory as soon as possible is of practical significance to improve the quality control level of the laboratory and to better serve the construction industry,it can be considered to carry out related work in reinforcement and cement first.
