城市复杂环境下孤石发育地层盾构机脱困技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 在广州地区典型复合地层的盾构施工中,工程地质复杂多变,局部孤石或孤石群发育,盾构机遇孤石停机受困风险高,脱困难度大。论文依托某盾构法隧道工程,针对城市复杂环境下孤石发育地层盾构施工遇到的多次停机问题,研究提出了不同情况下盾构脱困和孤石处理技术手段,成功克服了孤石发育地层盾构机遇孤石停机脱困难题,效果显著。 Geological condition of typical complex strata in Guangzhou is complex and changeable,and plenty of boulders are likely to stay in such formation.It distinctly increases the risk and difficulty of jam releasing of shield tunneling construction.For the jam of shield tunneling machine that have been encountered many times in a project of Guangzhou Metro,the Jam releasing technologies for shield and boulder processing methods under different const-ruction conditions are proposed in this paper.The practice shows that these methods can effectively solve the problem of jam releasing of shield in boulder developed stratum and achieve good application effect.
