摘要
为实现盾构区间三维可视化设计,提高盾构管片建模,研究了基于 BIM 技术的自动化建模方法,建立了盾构区间的三维建模及应用流程。首先,研究出利用 Dynamo 结合隧道中心线坐标表自动创建盾构隧道中心线模型方法,介绍了如何利用 MicroStation 软件创建标准双面楔形通用盾构单元环精细模型。其次,通过对 MicroStation 软件进行二次开发,利用开发的插件完成对整个盾构区间隧道模型的自动化创建。最后,基于该研究成果,以实际项目为依托,验证该方法流程的可行性,并进行了与三维地质模型结合的延伸应用,取得了较好的应用效果。
In order to realize the 3D visualized design of the shield interval and enhance shield segment modeling,the automatic modeling method based on BIM technology is studied,and established the 3D modeling and application flow of shield interval.Firstly,it is worked out the method for automatically creating the centerline model of the shield tunnel by making use of Dynamo along with the coordinate table of the tunnel centerline,and introduced how to create the detailed model of standard double-sided wedge-shaped universal shield unit ring by using MicroStation software.Secondly,through the secondary development of MicroStation software,the developed plug-ins are used to fulfill the automation creation of the entire shield interval tunnel model.Lastly,on the basis of the research results and based on the actual situation of the project,the feasibility of the method flow is verified,and the extended application of integrating the 3D geological model is implemented,in which satisfactory application results have been obtained.
