摘要
针对薛家湾地区高压隔离开关热缺陷返修率高的问题,从技能等级、清洗方法、焊接工艺及镀层修复工艺等方面进行分析,认为清洗方法不好、焊接工艺落后、镀层修复工艺粗糙和接触电阻变化跟踪不及时是引起热缺陷返修的主要原因,提出采用激光清洗、冷焊以及无氰电刷镀银技术等处理措施。采用新技术后,返修率降幅明显。
In view of the high repair rate of the high voltage isolator switch thermal defects in Xuejiawan area,the paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of skill level,cleaning method,welding process and coating repair process,etc.,concludes that the main causes of thermal defect repair are the bad cleaning method,the backward welding process,the rough coating repair process and the delay in tracking contact resistance change,at last,proposes the laser cleaning,cold welding and cyanide-free brush silver plating technology.After the adoption of the new technology,the repair rate has decreased significantly.
