经济制度距离对甘肃省与“一带一路”沿线国家进出口贸易的影响

The Impact of Economic Institutional Distance on the Foreign Trade Between Gansu Province and the Countries along "the Belt and Road"

促进与"一带一路"沿线国家贸易,是甘肃省在新发展格局下积极融入双循环发展的重要内容。基于2009—2019年甘肃省与"一带一路"沿线国家的双边贸易数据,拓展贸易引力模型,实证检验经济制度距离对甘肃省进出口贸易的影响。结果表明:经济制度距离显著抑制了甘肃省与"一带一路"沿线国家的双边贸易总额;对与甘肃省贸易波动程度较小的国家,经济制度距离的抑制作用更为显著;经济制度距离对"一带"沿线国家的抑制作用较"一路"沿线国家更为显著。为深度融入"一带一路"建设,甘肃省应对内持续改善经济制度环境,对外根据不同国家的具体情况施策,加强同"一路"沿线国家的贸易联系。

Promoting trade with countries along the "One Belt and One Road" is important for Gansu Province to actively integrate into the dual-circular development under the new development pattern.Based on the trade data between Gansu Province and the countries along"the Belt and Road"from 2009 to 2019,this paper expands the trade gravity model to empirically test the impact of economic institutional distance on Gansu Province’s import and export. The results show that the economic institutional distance significantly restrained the total bilateral trade volume between Gansu Province and the countries along"the Belt and Road". The restraint effect of economic institutional distance is more significant for countries with fewer trade fluctuations with Gansu Province. The restraining effect of economic institutional distance on the countries along the "One Belt" route is more significant than the countries along the "One Road" route. In order to deeply integrate into the"Belt and Road"construction,Gansu Province should internally continue to improve the economic system environment,externally implement policies in accordance with countries,and strengthen trade ties with countries along the"One Road".
