土壤呼吸组分区分的研究进展

摘要 气候变暖影响着全球碳循环的整个过程,土壤呼吸是全球碳循环的一个重要环节,主要分为异养呼吸和自养呼吸2种。本文通过对国内外土壤呼吸各组分区分相关文献进行查阅、整理、归纳,总结了几种土壤组分区分的方法,主要包括组分法、根移走法、壕沟法、林隙法、凋落物移除法和同位素法等,也详细介绍了每种方法的原理以及优缺点,以期为以后的试验研究提供参考。 Global warming affects the whole process of global carbon cycle. Soil respiration is an important part of global carbon cycle. Soil respiration includes heterotrophic respiration and autotrophic respiration. Based on consulting, sorting and induction the related literature of partitioning of soil respiration components at home and abroad, some ways to distinguish soil components were summarized, mainly including component method, root removal method, trench method, logging method, litter removal method, isotope method, etc. The principle of each method as well as the advantages and disadvantages were introduced in detail, in order to provide references for the future experimental research.
