摘要
随着物联网、大数据等新兴信息化技术在物流行业中的应用,物流人才需求和标准发生了巨大变化.分析应用型本科高校对智慧物流人才培养的优势,从人才培养目标和规格的设计、实现目标的路径、教学方法和评价体系四个方面,提出了一种适用于本科高校智慧物流人才的培养模式,以提高智慧物流人才培养质量.
With the application of emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things technology and big data technology in the logistics industry,great changes have taken place in the demand and standards for logistics talents.Analyzing the advantages of applied undergraduate universities in training smart logistics talents,we proposed a training model for smart logistics talents in undergraduate universities from four aspects,including the design of talent training objectives and specifications,the path to achieve the objectives,the teaching method,and the evaluation system,so as to improve the quality of smart logistics talent training.
