人文理念融入体育教学初探

A preliminary study of integrating humanistic concept into PE teaching

为满足当前全面实施核心素养教育背景下人才培养的需求,高校体育教学应有机融入人文教育元素.在阐述人文理念融入高校体育教学中的重要性及应遵循的原则基础上,提出提高教师人文素质、完善教学内容、创设人文体育教育环境等具体措施,有效地促进了高校体育教学改革和学生身心健康发展.

In order to satisfy the needs of the talent cultivation in the context of comprehensive implementation of core literacy education,college physical education should be organically integrated with humanistic education elements.On the basis of expounding the importance of integrating humanistic concept into PE teaching in colleges and universities and the principles that should be followed,this paper proposed some concrete measures such as improving teachers′humanity quality,perfecting the teaching contents,creating humanistic physical education environment,which effectively promoted the reform of physical education teaching and the development of students′physical and mental health.
