高职运动训练专业发展的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures in the development of sports training major in higher vocational colleges

为了推动高职运动训练专业更好地发展,针对其面临的学生就业压力大、专业特色不明显、规模小且发展速度慢等问题,提出开展订单式培养、突出运动训练专业特色、成立高水平运动队等对策,为"中高职一体化"政策下办好运动训练专业提供借鉴.

In order to promote the better development of sports training major in higher vocational colleges,in view of the problems such as students′employment pressure,unobvious professional characteristics,small scale and slow development speed of the major and so on,this paper proposed some countermeasures,such as carrying out order training,highlighting the characteristics of sports training major,establishing high-level sports teams and so on,which provided reference for running sports training major well under the policy of″integration of secondary and higher vocational colleges″.
