疫情期间营口地区医疗废物处置的调查研究

Investigation and research on the medical waste disposal in Yingkou area during the pandemic

针对新冠肺炎疫情期间营口地区医疗废物处置的现状,指出目前营口地区存在医疗废物处置设施落后、对技术人员培训不足、监管体系落后、公众对医疗废物处置的重视程度不够等问题,并提出实现医疗废物处置产业化、对医疗废物管理人员加强技能培训、完善地方医疗废物管理细则、提高公众医疗防护意识等对策,以提升营口地区应对公共卫生事件的综合治理能力,保障经济可持续发展.

According to the current situation of medical waste disposal in Yingkou area during the COVID-19 pandemic period,we pointed out some problems such as outdated waste disposal facilities,insufficient training of technical personnel,laggard supervision system,and insufficient attention of the public to medical waste disposal,and proposed the countermeasures including achieving industrialization of medical waste disposal,providing sufficient technical training for medical waste management personnel,optimizing the local management rules of the medical waste disposal,and raising the public awareness of medical protection and etc,so as to improve the comprehensive capacity to cope with public health emergencies and ensure the sustainable economic development.
