贵州黔西南州野生三叶青种质资源调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Germplasm Resources of Wild Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels and Gilg in Qianxinan,Guizhou Province

目的:黔西南州分布有大量的名贵中药材,但很多资源分布情况尚不清楚,如三叶青,导致对野生药材的研究滞后于其他省份。故对黔西南州野生三叶青进行调查分析,旨在鉴定各县市三叶青的分布情况及各地三叶青之间的性状差异。方法:通过在州内各县市的调查,收集一定数量的各地野生三叶青资源,对比分析各地野生三叶青的性状特征。结果:黔西南州分布有大量野生三叶青资源,且为不同的种质类型。结论:黔西南野生三叶青资源分布较广泛,分为茎藤褐紫色和茎藤青绿色两大类,具有巨大的研究价值。

Objective:A large number of rare Chinese medicinal herbs in Qianxinan,Guizhou province.But the dis⁃tribution of the resources is unclear,as Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels and Gilg.So research about wild herbs lags other provinces Therefore,investigation and analysis of wild Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels and Gilg in Qianxinan.The purpose of this study was to identify the distribution and the character differences among different counties and cities.Methods:By doing survey in counties and cities across the state,get a certain amount of wild resources.Re⁃sults:By compare analysis,there are a large number of wild resources,which belong to different germplasm types.Conclusion:The wild Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels and Gilg resources are widely distributed,in southwestern Gui⁃zhou provice;Divided stem with brown purple and stem with green two categories,which has great research value.
