中青年失眠患者120例中医体质调查分析

Investigation and analysis of TCM constitution of 120 young and middle-aged insomnia patients

目的通过对120例患者体质的调查和分析,探讨中青年失眠患者的体质特点及体质因素。方法选择东莞市横沥医院门诊及住院的120例中青年失眠患者进行中医体质评估作为观察组,选取同期正常体检人群120例作为对照组,分析中青年失眠患者中医体质情况。结果对照组与观察组在气郁质、阴虚质、阳虚质以及平和质分布率相比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论气郁质、阴虚质、阳虚质以及平和质为中青年失眠患者的主要中医体质类型。

Objective To explore the physical characteristics and physical factors of young and middle-aged insomnia patients through the investigation and analysis of 120 patients'physique.Methods 120 young and middle-aged insomniacs in Hengli Hospital of Dongguan were selected as the observation group,and then 120 normal people were selected as the control group to analyze the physical condition of young and middle-aged insomniacs.Results There were significant differences in the distribution rates of qi depression,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and peace between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qi depression,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and peace are the main TCM constitution types of young and middle-aged patients with insomnia.
