Objective To analyze the clinical effect of octreotide combined with Yiguanjian and Zhuling Decoction for liver and kidney yin deficiency liver and renal syndrome. Methods Using random number table method,82 patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency hepatorenal syndrome patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into control group and observation group. The control group(n=41)was used For octreotide treatment, the observation group(n=41)was treated with octreotide combined with Yiguanjian and Zhuling Decoction to compare the total effective rate of treatment, the time of symptom improvement, and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the time to disappear of edema, abdominal distension, and abdominal effusion was shorter. The difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of nausea, vomiting, rash,There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal pain(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hepatorenal syndrome with liver and kidney yin deficiency combined with octreotide combined with Yiguanjian and Zhuling Decoction can improve symptoms, accelerate the resolution of limb edema and abdominal distension, and is safe and worthy of promotion.
