摘要
目前高职教师科研绩效评价指标体系还存在量化考核泛化、同行评审形式化、评价导向行政化等方面的问题。对此,高职院校需要结合国家相关政策要求,坚持定性与定量并重、分类评价、多元化评价等原则,构建一套能够凸显职业教育类型特色的评价指标体系。在评价指标体系的实施过程中,注重创新科研绩效评价的管理机制,构建科学、合理、公正、透明的评价机制;凸显高职教师科研绩效评价指标的特色,向应用型科研成果倾斜;建立多方协同的科研绩效评价体系,各部门协同开展科研绩效评价机制的管理工作;落实科研绩效评价的监督问责机制,提升科研经费的使用效率。
At present,the scientific research performance evaluation index system of higher vocational college teachers still has problems such as generalization of quantitative evaluation,formalization of peer review,and administerization of evaluation-oriented.In this regard,higher vocational colleges need to combine relevant national policy requirements,adhere to the principles of equal emphasis on qualitative and quantitative,classified evaluation,and diversified evaluation,and build a set of evaluation index systems that can highlight the characteristics of vocational education.In the implementation of the evaluation index system,Lay emphasis on innovating the management mechanism of scientific research performance evaluation,constructing a scientific,reasonable,fair and transparent evaluation mechanism;highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational college teachers’scientific research performance evaluation indicators,and leaning towards applied scientific research results;establish a multi-party cooperative scientific research performance evaluation system,and all departments coordinate with each other in the management of the scientific research performance evaluation mechanism;implement the supervision and accountability mechanism of scientific research performance evaluation,and improve the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds.
