摘要
本文以上海市金山区漕泾镇为例,从环境治理成效、"生态经济"建设成效及其建设惠民程度三个维度对漕泾镇的农村生态文明建设成效开展了综合分析。结果表明,漕泾镇通过实施乡村经济绿色转型和生态产业化等具体措施,在统筹山水林田湖草系统治理、改善河流水生态环境质量、建设生态宜居美丽乡村以及加快转变生产生活方式等方面逐渐形成了有创新、可推广、易复制的方法和路径,打造了农村生态文明建设推动乡村全面振兴的样板模式,为长江三角洲区域乃至全国提供了有益的实践经验与借鉴。
Taking Caojing Town in Jinshan District of Shanghai as an example, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of rural ecological civilization construction in Caojing Town from the three dimensions of environmental governance effectiveness, eco-economy construction results and the level of benefiting the people.The results showed that, by implementing specific measures such as the green transformation of the rural economy and ecological industrialization, Caojing Town has gradually formed innovative, scalable, and easy-to-replicate methods and paths, created a model for the construction of rural ecological civilization to promote the overall revitalization of the countryside and provided useful practical experience and reference for the Yangtze River Delta and the whole country in four aspects, including coordinating the management of mountains, rivers, forest, field, lake and grass system, improving the quality of river water ecology and environment, building an ecologically livable and beautiful village, and accelerating the transformation of production and lifestyle and so on.
