汾酒股份公司竹叶青的色泽源自于中药材的自然色泽,因天然植物色素的不稳定性,在光照、温度等条件下天然色素易氧化降解,出现褪色现象。而日常的竹叶青色度依靠人的视觉在特定环境下进行检定,因人的视觉存在一定视觉误差,为探求数据化,确保竹叶青酒出厂的色度精确,需确定一个标准数据范围。同时测定不同光照强度对竹叶青的色度褪变影响,确定较佳环境和条件,并提出相应措施。
The color of liquor Zhuyeqing produced by Fenjiu Co.,Ltd.is derived from the natural color of Chinese medicinal materials.Natural plant pigments are instable,liable to being oxidized and degraded under conditions such as light and temperature,resulting in fading of liquor.Generally,the evaluation of Zhuyeqing's chromaticity depends on human vision in a specific environment.Because human vision has certain visual errors,in order to explore data-orienting and ensure the accuracy of the chromaticity of Zhuyeqing,a standard data range needs to be determined.At the same time,the influence of different light intensities on the chromaticity degeneration of Zhuyeqing was determined,the better environment and conditions were determined,and corresponding measures were proposed.
