摘要
政府外宣翻译的过程是模因的跨文化传播过程。根据目的语受众的需要,译者不仅要把源语模因最大化复制,更要照顾目的语读者的信息要求和审美水平。为了实现政府外宣翻译模因在目的语受众中的有效传播,译者可以通过直译、仿拟或创译打造强势政府外宣标题模因,或通过直接复制政府外宣文本模因、复制其内容与含义或部分复制政府外宣文本模因等策略创设更具有感染力的外宣文本模因。
The process of translating government publicity is one in which memes transmit themselves cross-culturally.Based on the needs of target language readers,the translator not only needs to replicate the memes of source language into the target language maximally,but also needs to conform to the information needs and aesthetic level of target language readers.For the purpose of effective transmission of memes of government publicity translation among the target language readers,the translator can either create strong memes of government publicity titles by direct translation,simulated translation,or creative translation,or shape more infective memes of government publicity texts by directly replicating all original memes of government publicity texts,replicating their meaning and contents,or partly replicating these memes.
