智能化时代的到来,在为大众提供了便捷生活的同时也提高了许多老龄人口的生活门槛。人口老龄化与生活智能化的冲突主要表现在人们的生活方式与沟通方式都更加依赖科技与网络,而老年人群体对此难以适应。在“互联网+”的背景下,智能化社会是大势所趋,信息技术更新速度越来越快,而老年人接受新事物能力较弱,这是导致老龄人口陷入“数字困境”的主要原因。对此,应当从提高对老年人口的关注度与智能设备适老化水平这两个角度入手,引导老人积极适应智能设备,从主观与客观两个方面共同改进,促进智能科技为老年人服务能力的提升。

The arrival of the intelligent era not only provides convenient lives for the public,but also improves the living threshold of many elder people.The conflict between aging population and intelligent life is mainly reflected in people's lifestyle and communication modes which are more dependent on technology and network,which is difficult for the senior citizens to adapt to.In the era of Internet plus,the intellectualized society is the general trend.The high speed of information technology and the low ability of senior citizens to accept new things are the main reason leading to the“Digital Dilemma”of the aging population.In this regard,two things need to be done:due attention given to the aging population and the aging friendly intelligent devices,guiding the elderly to actively adapt to intelligent devices.Joint effort is needed for improvement from both subjective and objective aspects to promote the service ability of intelligent technology for the elders.
