医疗服务可及性与农村老年人健康不平等程度的关系研究

Study on Relationship between Access to Medical Services and Health Inequality in Rural Elderly People

健康不平等现象在我国长期存在,并受我国城乡差异因素以及老龄化现象不断加重的影响。本研究从供需两个视角展开分析,以CLHLS数据为研究样本,采用多元回归模型,将医疗服务可及性对农村老年人健康不平等程度的影响进行实证分析。结果显示,医疗服务可及性供给变量中的人均就诊次数和人均床位数变量的增加能够有效降低农村老年人的健康不平等程度。同时,医疗服务可及性中的需求变量人均医疗花费越多,农村老年人的健康不平等程度越高;人均医保金额越高,农村老年人的健康不平等程度越低。因此,提高农村居民的医疗保险及医疗支付能力,改善农村居民的医疗服务需求可及性,可以有效降低农村老年人的健康不平等程度。

Health inequality has existed in China for a long time and is affected by urban-rural differences and the increasing aging problem.The study conducted an empirical analysis of the impact of access to medical services on the health inequality of the rural elderly people with CLHLS data using multiple regression model from the perspectives of supply and demand.The results showed that the increase of the number of average visits and beds per capita in the supply variables of access to medical services can effectively reduce the health inequality of the rural elderly people.At the same time,in the demand variables of access to medical services,the more medical expenditure per capita,the more serious the health inequality of rural elderly people,and the higher the medical insurance amount per capita,the less serious the health inequality of rural elderly people.Therefore,health inequality of rural elderly people can be effectively reduced through improving the medical insurance and medical payment capacity and improving the access to medical services of rural residents.
