摘要
目的分析医疗纠纷对医护人员的态度、心理和行为的影响,提出解决对策。方法对山东省某三甲医院的医护人员进行问卷调查收集资料并进行统计分析。结果医疗纠纷组和非医疗纠纷组的医护人员在性别、学历和职业上的差异有统计学意义。纠纷组的医护人员认为目前医患关系紧张的比例显著高于非纠纷组,比较愿意或愿意子女从事医疗工作的比例显著低于非纠纷组(p<0.05);感受到紧张、抑郁、压力、家庭成员担心和经济赔偿负担的评分平均值均显著高于非纠纷组(p<0.05);“更严格遵守诊疗护理规章制度”、“更细致的筛查与评估工作”和“更多的健康教育工作”的评分平均值均显著高于非纠纷组,“下达超其需要的医嘱及护理级别”的评分平均值显著低于非纠纷组(p<0.05)。结论医疗纠纷对医护人员态度、心理和行为造成较大影响,政府、社会、医疗机构、医护人员和患者需共同努力控制医疗纠纷,从而提高医护人员的职业生命质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of medical disputes on the attitude,psychology and behavior of medical staff and to propose count ermeasures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in medical staff of a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province and the data were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in gender,education and occupation of medical staff in the dispute group and non-dispute group.Compared with non-dispute group,significantly higher percentage of medical staff in the dispute group believed that current doctor-patient relationship was tense,and lower percentage of medical staff supported their children to choose medicine as career(p<0.05);the average scores of medical staff in the dispute group for feeling tension,depression,stress,family worries,and financial compensation burden were higher than those in the non-dispute group(p<0.05);the average scores of"stricter adherence to diagnosis,treatment and nursing regulations","more detailed screening and evaluation"and"more health education"of the medical staff in the dispute group were significantly higher than those in the non-dispute group,the average score of"medical advices and nursing levels more than needed"was significantly lower than that in the non-dispute group(p<0.05).Conclusion Medical disputes have great impact on the attitude,psychology and behavior of medical staff,and the government,society,medical institutions,medical staff and patients should make joint efforts to control medical disputes,thereby improving the quality of work life for medical staff.
