引入目标引领、看板公示、过程监控、绩效考核的目视化看板管理理念,应用质量监督看板每日对质量指标进行现场监督,提高了员工的质量管理意识与执行力。认为质量监督看板是一种有效的质量控制方法,符合精益日常管理理念,有助于提高护理服务质量。

The visual dashboard management concept of goal guidance,dashboard publicity,process monitoring and performance assessment was introduced.The quality supervision dashboard was used to conduct on-site supervision of quality indicators on a daily basis,which improved staff's quality management consciousness and execution ability.It was considered that the quality supervision dashboard is an effective quality control method,which accords with the concept of lean daily management and is helpful to improve the quality of nursing service.
