护生职业使命感与利他行为相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Occupational Mission and Altruistic Behavior in Nursing Students

目的调查护生职业使命感与利他行为现状,分析护生职业使命感影响因素及其与利他行为相关性。方法使用利他行为问卷与职业使命感量表对319名护生进行调研,采用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果护生利他行为标准化得分为5.32±0.62,职业使命感标准化得分为3.86±0.62。利他行为与职业使命感呈正相关。学历、学生干部经历、利他行为是护生职业使命感的主要影响因素。结论护生利他行为与职业使命感均处于中等以上水平。护理教育者与管理者应针对护生职业使命感主要影响因素,探索有效的培训方式,提高其利他行为水平,提升护生职业使命感水平,促进护理队伍稳定发展。

Objective To investigate the current situation of altruistic behavior and occupational mission of nursing students,analyze the influencing factors of nursing students'occupational mission and their correlation with altruistic behavior.Methods Totally 319 nursing students were investigated by using the altruistic behavior questionnaire and occupational mission scale,and the data were analyzed by the SPSS 23.0.Results The standardized score of altruistic behavior of nursing students was 5.32±0.62,and the standardized score of occupational mission was 3.86±0.62.Altruistic behavior was positively correlated with occupational mission.Educational background,student cadre experience and altruistic behavior were the main influencing factors of nursing students'occupational mission.Conclusion Altruistic behaviors and occupational mission were at above medium level.Nursing educators and administrators should explore effective training methods to improve the level of altruistic behavior,enhance the level of nursing students'occupational mission,and promote the stable development of nursing team according to the main factors affecting the occupational mission.
