手术患者接送闭环管理系统的设计与应用

Design and Practice of the Closed-Loop Management System for Surgical Patient Transport

利用信息化技术构建手术患者接送闭环管理系统,保障手术患者安全。依托现有中央系统、移动PDA和电子扫码设备,实现手术患者接送全流程监控、跟踪与提醒的闭环管理。系统应用后,规范了手术患者接送流程,手术患者接错发生率由8.76%降为0,接入手术室时间平均缩短17分钟/台。该系统可有效避免信息传达错误,提高手术室工作效率和接送质量,保障手术患者安全。

Information technology was used to construct a closed loop management system for the transfer of surgical patients to ensure the safety of surgical patients.Relying on the existing central system,mobile PDA and electronic scanning code equipment,the closed-loop management of monitoring,tracking and reminding of the whole process of surgical patient transport was realized.After the application of the system,the transfer process of surgical patients was standardized,the error rate of surgical patients decreased from 8.76%to 0,and the time of access to the operating room was shortened by 17 minutes on average.The system can effectively avoid the error of information transmission,improve the operating room efficiency and the quality of transport,and ensure the safety of patients.
