重庆綦江污水处理厂提标改造设计

摘要 为保护三峡库区水环境,完善城市基础设施,进一步减轻长江水体污染,对重庆綦江污水处理厂进行提标改造。工程规模为6万m^(3)/d,出水执行GB 18918—2002一级A标准。对原一期、二期工程存在的问题进行逐一梳理并采取了细格栅改型、生物反应池曝气系统等改造设计;提标工艺采用改良式SBR生反池(现有改造)+高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池+紫外消毒渠(辅以氯消毒),改造完成后运行效果良好,出水指标均优于执行标准。设计方案在不新征用地情况下,拆除和利用现状构建筑物实现了提标改造,对用地受限类型污水处理厂的提标改造设计提供了参考价值。 In order to protect the water environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, improve urban infrastructure and further reduce the water pollution of Yangtze River, the Chongqing Qijiang Wastewater Treatment Plant is upgraded and transformed. Project capacity is 60 000 m3 / d, and effluent water quality meets the first grade A criterion of GB 18918-2002. Problems existing in the original phase I and phase II project are sorted out one by one, fine grid modification and biological tank aeration system are adopted. Upgrading process adopts modified SBR reactor (existing modification) + efficient sedimentation tank + fiber rotary filter + ultraviolet disinfection (assisted by chlorine disinfection). After the renovation, effluent indexes are superior to the standards. In the design scheme, under the condition of no new land requisition, existing buildings are demolished and utilized to realize upgrading and reconstruction, which provides references for upgrading and reconstruction design of land-limited wastewater treatment plants.
