竹醋添加时期对猪粪堆肥腐殖质形成的影响

Effect of Bamboo Vinegar Addition Timing onHumus Formation in Pig Manure Compost

好氧堆肥是禽畜粪便资源化前处理的有效途径,添加改良剂是提高禽畜粪便堆肥品质的重要手段.本试验研究了在猪粪堆肥初期添加3%竹炭(BC)的基础上,在初期、高温期、降温期添加竹醋(BV)对猪粪堆肥堆体腐熟度及腐殖化进程的影响.结果表明,与CK相比,堆肥初期和高温阶段竹醋能够促进有机质的降解,使其分别提高6.45%和6.60%;并提高有机氮质量分数,而降温期加入竹醋使腐殖化系数(HR)和腐殖质聚合度(DP)分别提高18.34%和101.84%.因此,竹醋对堆体的腐熟度和腐殖化进程的影响因添加时期的不同而异,为不同堆肥原料和不同腐熟要求的堆肥提供参考.

Aerobic composting is an effective way of pre-treatment of human and animal manureresources.Adding modifiers is an important means to improve the quality of livestock and poultrymanure composting.In an experiment reported herein,bamboo charcoal(BC)was added at 3%at the initial stage of pig manure composting,and bamboo vinegar(BV)was supplemented at theinitial stage,thehigh-temperature stage and thecooling stage to study the effects of BV addition on the maturity and humification process of the pig manure compost.The results indicated thatcompared with CK,bamboo vinegar addition at the initial and thehigh-temperature stages increased the degradation of organic matter of composting by 6.45%and 6.60%,respectively;and added at the cooling stage,it increased thehumification coefficient(HR)and the degree of humus polymerization(DP)by 18.34%and 101.84%,respectively.Therefore,the effect of bamboo vinegar on the maturity and humification process of the compost pile varied with different adding periods.
