摘要
军事工程抢建是打赢未来战争的重要保障,为了保证军事工程抢建项目能在规定的时间内高效利用有限资源完成任务,建立“工期固定—资源均衡”和“资源有限—工期最短”两种优化问题的综合优化数学模型,分析其中的关键影响要素和相关限制条件,同时引入量子粒子群算法进行工期—资源综合优化。通过一个军事工程抢建项目实例,运用python3.8软件进行数学模型的优化求解,验证资源优化模型和算法的可行性和有效性。结果表明用粒子群算法求解工期—资源综合优化模型是可行且高效的,可以为军事工程抢建工期—资源综合优化提供思路和参考。
Military engineering construction is an important guarantee to win the future war.In order to ensure that the military project can efficiently use limited resources to complete the task within the specified time,a comprehensive optimization mathematical model of"fixed construction period-resource balance"and"limited resources-shortest duration"optimization problems is established.The key influencing factors and related constraints are analyzed,and the key factors and related restrictions are analyzed,and the key factors and related restrictions are introduced.The quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the time resource synthesis.Through a part of an example of military engineering emergency construction project,the optimization solution of mathematical model is carried out by using Python 3.8 software,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of resource optimization model and algorithm.The results show that the particle swarm optimization method is feasible and efficient to solve the time resource comprehensive optimization model,which can provide a reference for the military engineering emergency construction period resource comprehensive optimization.
