基于TOPSIS法的电子对抗部队基地化训练效能评估

随着国防和军队建设的大力发展,打赢现代化战争对部队的训练提出了更高的要求。目前部队已经探索出一种实战化、基地化的训练方法,从而能够实现提高部队战斗力这一根本目的。但是如何全面、客观、有效地评估基地化训练效能对于牵引和促进部队建设和战斗力形成尤为重要。论文根据电子对抗部队基地化训练的要求和特点,构建了训练效能评估指标体系,结合熵权法确定了评估指标的权重,利用TOPSIS法构建评估模型实现了对训练效能的量化评估,最终得到了训练效能评分。

With the vigorous development of national defense and army building,winning modern warfare has put forward higher requirements for the training of troops.At present,the military has already explored a practical,base-based training method so that it can achieve the fundamental purpose of improving the combat effectiveness of troops.However,how to comprehensively,objectively and effectively evaluate the effectiveness of base training is particularly important for traction and promotion of army building and combat effectiveness.Based on the requirements and characteristics of the base training of electronic countermeasures troops,this paper constructs a training effectiveness evaluation index system,determines the weights of the evaluation indicators by using the entropy weight method,and uses the TOPSIS method to build an assessment model to achieve a quantitative evaluation of training effectiveness.Training effectiveness score is gotten.
