摘要
通过研究直流电缆对钢板的磁化机理以及钢板的剩磁仿真,建立典型铁磁结构模型,采用直流大电流对钢板进行磁化验证,实验结果与仿真基本吻合。结合全电力推进舰船供电特点和磁性防护要求,提出电缆敷设优化设计方案。
By studying the magnetization mechanism of the DC cable to the steel plate and the simulation of the remanence of the steel plate,a typical ferromagnetic structure model is established,and the magnetization of the steel plate is verified by a large DC current.The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation.Combining the power supply characteristics of all-electric propulsion ships and the requirements of magnetic protection,an optimized design plan for cable laying is proposed.
