安徽省某三级精神专科医院护理人员科研行为现状调查

A survey on the research status quo of clinical nurses in tertiary psychiatric hospital

目的:了解安徽省某三级精神专科医院护理人员采用科研方法解决临床问题行为现状,分析其主要相关因素,为提高精神科护理人员科研能力提供参考。方法:参考相关文献自行编制问卷,通过问卷星对安徽省某三级精神专科医院在岗临床护理人员进行调查。结果:该三级精神专科医院护理人员EJ常工作中注重应用科研方法解决问题者占45.3%,科研自我感知维度中的科研知识了解情况、课题申报难度、做科研的意愿及科研认知维度中科研是否是护理工作的职责、护理工作中有无必要开展科研是三级精神专科医院护理人员科研行为的主要相关因素。结论:三级精神专科医院护理人员临床科研现状不容乐观,医院管理者应加快引进高学历护理人才,加强对护理人员的科研知识培训,提高其科研水平和课题申报能力,同时要强化护理人员的科研意识和认知,从而改善护理人员临床科研应用现状,促进精神专科护理学科的发展。

Objective:To know the status and main related factors of nursing research in tertiary psychiatric hospal,so as to provide references for improving the research level of psychiatric nurses.Method:A self-designed questionnaire was used,and investigated through Wenjuanxing,a questionnaire Nfebsite.Re suits:A total of 287 clinical nurses were surveyed,45.3%of nurses usually focus on research methods to solve clinical problems.The main rerated factors hindering the research work of psychiatric nurses include research knowledge,difficulty of project declaration,research willingness,whether research is responsibility of nursing or not,whether it is necessary to carry out research in nuring work or not.Conclusion:The research status of clinical nurses in tertiary hospital is not optimistic.Hospital administrators should speed up the introduction of highly educated nursing personnel,Strengthen research knowledge training for nurses,to improve their research level and project application ability.Meanwhile,the research awareness of nurses should be strengthened,to establish a correct research cognition,so as to improve the status of clinical research application of nurses,and promote the development of psychiatric nursing.
