日间手术绩效激励方案探讨

摘要 作为一种便捷、可靠的手术方式,日间手术可以有效地提高医院运转效率、降低医疗费用、减轻患者负担。但是各地区医院在开展日间手术的实际过程中,存在绩效方案不合理、医生积极性不高等问题,使其未能达到应有的效果。通过分析探讨某三甲医院的0间手术在不同时期的激励方案、数据,总结探讨在丰富日间手术病种、提高日间手术台次、改善医疗服务等方面的重要举措,为其他医院日间手术绩效管理提供经验参考。 As a convenient and reliable operation method,Day surgery can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the hospital,reduce medical costs and patients burden.However,in the actual process of carrying out day surgery in hospitals in various regions,there are some problems,such as unreasonable performance plan and low enthusiasm of doctors,which make it unable to achieve the desired effect.By analyzing and discussing the incentive schemes and data of a hospital in different periods,summarizing the important measures of a hospal in enriching the diseases of day surgery,improving the number of day surgery units,and improving medical services,this paper provides experience for the performance management of day surgery in other hospitals.
