合肥市某区成人糖尿病与DM前期患病状况及危险因素分析

Analysis of the prevalence and risk factors of diabetes and pre-diabetes of adults in Hefei

目的:分析合肥市某区成人糖尿病及糖尿病前期的患病状况及相关危险因素。方法:采用分层抽样方法,随机抽取合肥市某社区城乡年龄>18岁的2774例常住居民,通过问卷调查、体格检查、实验室检测收集数据。应用Logistic回归分析探讨患DM或DM前期状况及其危险因素。结果:DM及DM前期患病率分别为6.1%、10.0%。两者患病率均随年龄的增加而升高(Х^(2)=88.741,P<0.05)。年龄、城市、文化程度、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、有DM家族史、高血压及高脂血症为DM的危险因素(P<0.05);年龄、城市、文化程度、TC、有DM家族史也是DM前期的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:不同年龄段及不同地区的人群,DM及DM前期患病率均有显著差异,老年人及城市居民是重点防治人群,对有相关危险因素的人群应加强管理、尽早干预,以降低DM的患病率。

Objective:To analyze the prevalence and related risk factors of diabetes and pre-diabetes among adult in a certain district of Hefei.Methods:A stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 2774 permanent residents aged>18 years in a certain district of Hefei City.Data were collected through questionnaire survey,physical examination,and laboratory testing.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of diabetes or pre-diabetes.Results:The prevalence rates o£diabetes and pre-diabetes were 6.1%and 10.0%,respectively.The prevalence of both increased with age(Х^(2)=88.741,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that urban residents,age,education level,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and family history of diabetes are the risk factors for diabetes(P<0.05).Age,city,education level,TC,and family history of diabetes are also risk factors for pre-diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences in the prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes among people of different age groups and different regions.The elderly and urban residents are the key groups for prevention and treatment,and people with related risk factors should strengthen management and intervene as soon as possible to reduce the risk of diabetes.
