责任制护理在骨科全麻术后患者麻醉复苏期护理中的应用

Application of responsibility system nursing in anesthesia recovery period of orthopedic patients after general anesthesia

目的:探讨责任制护理在骨科全麻术后患者麻醉复苏期护理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析某医院在2019年4月-2020年4月期间进入麻醉苏醒室的骨科全麻术后患者112例,按护理方式不同均分两组,观察组患者使用责任制护理,对照组患者使用常规护理模式,观察两组患者复苏情况。结果:观察组患者躁动等并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者呼之握拳时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。观察组患者的VAS评分、Ramsay评分、躁动评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将责任制护理应用于骨科全麻术后苏酲期患者,可以显著降低患者躁动等并发症的发生率,缩短苏醒时间。

Objective:To explore the application of responsibility nursing in the anesthesia recovery period of orthopedic patients after general anesthesia.Methods:112 cases of orthopedic patients after general anesthesia to a hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The patients in the observation group were given responsibility nursing,and the patients in the control group were given conventional nursing mode.Results:the incidence of restlessness and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of clenching fist,opening eyes and extubation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,Ramsay score and agitation score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of responsibility nursing in the recovery period of patients after orthopedic general anesthesia can significantly reduce the incidence of restlessness and other complications,shorten the recovery time.
